There are of course various ways to solve hair problems, such as:

• Hair-weaving (weaving in extra hair)
• Hair transplant
• Cosmetic hair treatment courses
• Therapy

There are only one or two products available in the Netherlands which have been conclusively proven to combat hair loss. They are Maxilène, Minoxidil, Finasteride and Aminexil. It’s very important for you as a consumer to know this if you are thinking of taking steps to combat your hair loss.

All other products or preparations have therefore NEVER been proven or recognised by dermatologists or doctors.

Maxilène
The active ingredients in Maxilène boost (micro) circulation, which feeds the hair roots more effectively. At the same time, they also strengthen the blood vessels and connective tissue, reducing the risk of bruising to the roots.
Maxilène makes sure you keep your hair for longer. It also makes your hair thicker, since it extends the growth phase.

Aminexil
Aminexil counteracts the hardening of the hair follicle, allowing the hair to grow freely. This restores the lifespan of the hair so that it no longer falls out prematurely. Aminexil has been shown to work and we have had excellent results in our salons and worldwide at L’Oreal.
